Frequently Asked Questions

  • How fresh is your coffee?
All of our coffee is freshly roasted! Whole bean coffee ships the same day it is roasted. Ground coffee is shipped the day after it is roasted.
  • Which coffeemakers do your pods work in?
  • The coffee pods are compatible with Keurig coffee machines.
  • Where do you ship?
We ship orders worldwide. International shipping rates are determined using the USPS's cheapest rate. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • What is the average shipping time?
Orders ship within three to five business days from when the order was placed. (This is not to be confused with the time period of freshness.)
  • What are your shipping times?
We have a daily pick-up from USPS at 2 p.m. Central Time and a UPS pick-up (Monday through Friday only) at 3 p.m. Central Time.
  • Do you accept returns?
Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery. Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
  • What if my order hasn't arrived?
If the item was never delivered we will verify status through the shipment tracking number. If the tracking number shows delivery we will not refund the order total or offer a replacement. For further information, please contact us.
  • Does coffee expire? How can I make it stay fresh longer?
  • Coffee does degrade over time and it degrades faster depending on the surface area - which means that the whole beans will keep longer than ground coffee. The best way to store these beans is to place them in an air-tight container in the freezer. You should grind fresh only the amount you plan to use that day to avoid unnecessary exposure. Storing coffee in this way will keep out moisture and other contaminants.
  • In general, how can I tell if coffee is old/bad?
  • The best way to tell if coffee has gone bad is to use your sense of smell. If coffee has gone bad, the pleasant aroma will be gone and with it much of the taste. Using this coffee will not harm you, but will just not have much flavor if the smell is gone. It might also lose its deep dark color and appear a lighter brown.
  • Do you offer discounts or wholesale pricing?
Of course! If you're buying a large quantity for yourself or ordering for a group of people, please send us a note with the details and we can arrange special pricing for a bulk or wholesale order.
  • The Buff Boys are hot! Can I contact them?
We appreciate your interest in our Buff Brew Boys but we can't give out their personal information. You're more than welcome to contact them through our website and should they be so inclined, you'll hear from them at their convenience.
